I started Hatcher Dent Restoration because I wanted to do this work the way I'd want it done on my own truck — honestly, carefully, and without anyone trying to upsell me on stuff I don't need.
I spent more than twenty years as a professional automotive painter on the assembly line at a major car manufacturer. That's two decades of training my eye on factory color, panel prep, and what a perfect finish actually looks like up close — straight off the plant floor.
Five years ago I moved into paintless dent repair full-time. The paint background is the difference: I know exactly when PDR will hold up to the factory finish on your car, and when it won't. I'll tell you straight either way.

We picked New Concord because it's home. We've watched too many of our neighbors get burned by body-shop overcharges and rental-car runarounds, and we knew there was a better way to handle dents — one that saved people time, money, and the original factory paint on the car they bought.
Today we serve drivers across Muskingum County and most of Eastern Ohio, with a small shop, in-person estimates, and a growing list of customers who say the nicest thing anyone can say about a tradesman: "I trust them, and I tell my friends."
